Our products are shipped to you directly from US manufacturers and distributors.
WHAT’S THE CURRENT SHIPPING TIME?
Once an order is placed, it will generally takes 1 to 3 business days to process and dispatch for shipment. Depending on your shipping address, carriers may also be affected and your shipment may take a little longer. For most states, parcel should arrive within 3 to 15 business days (except weekends and national holidays). Delivery times may vary depending on the state you order delivery to, such as Hawaii and Alaska. We only process orders within the United States.
I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WILL THEY BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Usually, yes, your entire order will ship in one package if. For logistical reasons and packing size restrictions, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. When possible, items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package. However, if you purchase products from different manufacturers, your order will be sent in separate packages.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. We are responsible for your purchase until it leaves the warehouse and transfers to the courier. The customer assumes ownership and responsibility for the goods once they leave their originating point. Customer is also responsible for any import tax, customs charge, risks associated with freight or flight transport for the duration of transit. We are not responsible for lost, held, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, incorrect shipping address, or customer's inability to pick up package from mailbox, porch, or post office. We are also not responsible to any weather related damage or delays. In the case where the package is lost or damaged during transit, you as the customer are responsible to file a claim with the local carrier. We are not responsible for packages sent to a forwarding service or company. If you placed an order with a forwarding address, you are responsible or contacting your forwarding company/service to locate your package. Customers will not be refunded for the purchases made on this website if the carrier lost the package. By purchasing on this website, customer assumes all responsibility to contact the relevant carrier for any handling or delivery issues such as shipping delays or lost packages.
